I have been interested in Reiki for years but never knew anyone who taught it. My husbands told me about Heidi. I decided to have a couple of sessions. I always left feeling relaxed and at peace with things that had been bothering me.
After some time, I decided to take Heidi's Reiki I&II class. Heidi is a good teacher and very encouraging. The Reiki experience was SO interesting and very emotional for me. It was calming and insightful. I told my husband I feel like God has blessed you with a beautiful gift that you are learning to make the most of. The overwhelming warmth of your hands and the energy they produced and the gentleness of your spirit and the insight you shared was simply amazing. I didn't fall asleep any easier last night like I was hoping to, but I did sleep more soundly and woke up before the alarm this morning feeling very alert. I attribute that to Reiki. It was very different today! I believe in my heart that you are on the right pathway and should continue your journey. I am sure you will help many people and in turn be blessed by them and God.

During Heidi’s Reiki session I felt a tingling sensation up through my spine and out top of my head. After my session I felt peaceful, slept better and was able to speak my mind in situations I’d normally be more reserved in. Looking forward to my next session.
