With your first visit to my home studio, you will fill out a short informational form and we will briefly discuss Reiki and answer any question you have. You can then relax, fully clothed, on a massage table I have prepared for you. To help facilitate a more relaxing Reiki experience, I'll play soft healing music.

During a session you could experience warmth, tingling, cool breeze sensations, see colors or experience muscle twitching. Others may not feel any sensations at all, which is completely normal. 

​

Your Reiki experience will be individualized and it may be different at each session. Reiki energy does not need to make its presence known while healing and supporting you on all levels.

​

If you choose to have a Distance Reiki session, it is best to find a quiet peaceful space away from any distractions. Distance Reiki is said by clients to be just as good as an in person Reiki sessions because energy can transcend time and space. It doesn't matter where you live or how far apart we are, you only need to be open to receiving the healing energy. (this type of session would have to be pre-paid before service)

Receiving a Reiki treatment tends to be very relaxing and soothing experience, which will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. You are always welcome to share how you felt about your session. I am always happy to answer any questions and give you my personalized feed back to aide in your healing process.
